Thank you to all the fans of political fiction, the presidency, and March Madness who tuned into the first ever Commander-in-Chief Bracket Challenge.

A total of 64 Presidents from Fiction – television, streaming, movies, and books – competed for the 2024 title. There were a number of exciting nominees and exciting match-ups. Thank you to all the readers who nominated their favorite (or least favorite) Presidents since February. Your selections made for an exciting way to watch the Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament.

Bracket Challenge 2024

44 Brackets were submitted by readers to compete for their predicted winner of the 2024 challenge. The final matchup was a meeting of titans: heavy favorite Jed Bartlet versus evil do-er Frank Underwood. At the end, it wasn’t even close as Jed Bartlet (tied to the UConn Men’s Team) prevailed over all opponents to win the 2024 title.
